EHPTO is proud to support East Hanover Elementary by raising funds each year and providing our teachers, staff and students with resources, equipment and experiences that they might not otherwise afford. EHPTO fundraising efforts provide over $20,000 of additional funding to our school and students that allow for unique, high-quality educational experiences.

Here is just a quick glimpse at some of the ways your donations made a difference to our school in the 2022-2023 school year:

  • East Hanover Reads books and prizes
  • Online Math Supplements, like Math Seeds and Reflex Math
  • Teacher Appreciation & Mini Grants
  • Field Trip Transportation
  • Field Day & Kona Ice
  • Grandparents & Goodies and Mom/Dad breakfasts and events

Below is information on each of our fundraisers:

LEAP FOR LEARNING: EAST HANOVER ELEMENTARY WALK-A-THON

LEAP FOR LEARNING
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year and we couldn’t do that without the help and support of all of you. 100% of the contributions from our Walk-a-Thon are gifted back to our school. Donations in any amount are appreciated and are also tax-deductible. EHPTO uses Walk-a-Thon as our main fundraiser and its success towards our annual fundraising goal means parents won't be inundated with fundraising requests throughout the year. School fees and district budgets only go so far. The money raised goes to support teachers by allowing them to add classroom supplies, school necessities and curriculum enhancements and also to developing our students by providing additional experiences in and out of the classroom. Plus, there are prizes for students and classes that have the most participation. Every student looks forward to this event!

SCHOOL STORE PARTICIPATION

Store
This year we are partnering with School Store to raise additional money for our school. It is 100% online so it requires no direct selling handling of money or delivering items. There is a nice prize program available to make this a fun experience for your students.

There are 3 ways your family, friends, and co-workers can help:

  • Make a 100% tax-deductible donation to your child's classroom with the purchase of a CaringForClassrooms.org gift card for your child's teacher to use for classroom supplies and equipment.

  • Shop online at The Family Book Store for wrapping paper, magazines, popcorn, cookbooks, and more. EHPTO earns up to 50% of your purchases.

  • Shop online with over 400 major merchants, like Walmart, Kohl's, Best Buy, Disney, and more. We earn a small percentage of your purchases.

  • Gold Partners: $500+
  • Silver Partners: $250 - $499
  • Bronze Partners: $100 - $249
