Immunizations
Immunization Requirements
No student shall be admitted to school for the first time who has not been immunized against diseases enumerated by the PA Department of Health. The Department of Health requires all children to have a certificate of immunization from their family physician or State Health Center. These requirements allow exemptions for medical reasons and religious beliefs. If your child is exempt from immunizations, he/she may be removed from school during an outbreak.
