About Mrs. Jones

Hello! My name is Mrs. Jones. This is my sixth year being a part of the East Hanover family. Prior to working at Lower Dauphin, I taught 5th grade in Falls Church, Virginia. Prior to that, I taught 6th grade for 3 years in Philadelphia. I've had a lot of great experiences and opportunities in a lot of different educational settings. 

I obtained my undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Communication. After realizing my desire to teach, I attended Temple University to get my teaching degree. I also earned my masters in English as a Second Language from California University of Pennsylvania.

My husband and I have two daughters, Lola and Esmé. They keep us very busy! I enjoy reading, yoga, staying active outdoors, traveling (especially to the beach), and cooking. 

I am looking forward to a great year full of learning and fun. I am here to support YOU! We are all in this together!
